Virginia Gaydorus Obituary

Gaydorus, Virginia (Ginny) R.

Kirkwood: 80, passed away peacefully into the arms of our Lord on on November 16, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents, Marion and Blanche Holmes; husband, Bernie; brother, Ronnie; sister, Janet. She is survived by her loving family; daughter, Brenda and Micheal Byron and grandson, Dakota Byron; brothers, Richard (Homer) and Freda Holmes, Art and Sharon Holmes; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ginny retired from Singer-Link after 37 years of service. She was a member of the Park Ave. Baptist Church and First Ward & Kirkwood Seniors. The family wishes to thank all of her caregivers, Ideal Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing at Rose Court and Hospice for her care. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson NY with funeral service and burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Spring Forest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local Alzheimer's or American Cancer Society.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
