Robert Reynolds Obituary

Reynolds, Robert C.

Robert C. Reynolds, 96, of Johnson City, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015. He was predeceased by his wonderful wife of 66 years, Mary F. Reynolds; his sister, Dorothy Hogsett; and his parents, George and Ruth Reynolds. Robert graduated from Binghamton Central High School (1938) and the School of Engineering at Georgia Tech (1946). A WWII veteran, Robert worked at Link Aviation and IBM, Endicott before retiring in 1974. He spent his later years working independently and pursuing many personal interests. Robert will be greatly missed by his family, Susan Reynolds of NY, NY, David Reynolds of Sanitaria Springs, NY and Elizabeth (Paul) Taylert of Cortland, NY; and by his three grandchildren, Kurt (Roberta) D'Ambrosio, Anita (Derek) Joncas, and Kristy (Matthew) Surace; as well as his 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 16th, at 1:00 p.m. at Saint Mark's Episcopal Church, 728 River Rd., Binghamton with visitation from 12:00 until the service. Burial will be in Floral Park cemetery. Online condolences can be expressed at www.jfricefuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Robert's name to the St. Mark's Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, PO Box 458, Chenango Bridge, NY 13745.
