Edward Sova Obituary
Edward L. Sova, 68 of Endicott, NY went home with the Lord on Thursday May 14th at the Syracuse Veterans Hospital. He is predeceased by his mother, Marie Brooks (Twining) and father John Sova. His brothers, John Sova and Joseph Sova. He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Sova and Jessica and Jon Blakeslee. His sons James and Robyn Sova, Jason Sova. The children's mother, Lynda. His sisters, Dorothy Ward, Anna Spisak and Betty Statts. His Grandchildren, Damian, Anthony, Jonathan, Nathan, Bella and Finley. Ed was a retired Vietnam Veteran and devoted Father and Grandfather. He was a friend to many as he loved to tell stories to all. He was also a devoted NY Sports fan. The family will receive friends at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 East Main Street, Endicott, Tuesday May 19th from 2pm until Funeral Services at 4pm. Rev. David C Seaver will officiate. A Military Burial Service will be held Wednesday May 20th, 11AM at Nanticoke Valley Cemetery on Route 26, Endicott. In lieu of flowers, Expressions of sympathy in Edward's memory may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project or The American Cancer Society.
