David Larrabee
of Arlington, Tex.
David Lyman Larrabee, 48, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. Born in Binghamton, N.Y., David loved spending time with his family, boating and waterskiing. He enjoyed designing things and tinkering, especially with the car. Since 1979, David worked as a mechanical engineer at Link Simulation & Training of L-3 Communications. He was a member of Mid-Cities Clown Alley in Irving, where he was known as "Spokes". David was preceded in death by his father, Layman Larrabee; and father-in-law, Emery Babcock Jr. Survivors include his loving wife, Cheryl; children, Amanda, Donald, and Benjamin Larrabee, all of Arlington; mother, Janet Tritten; brothers, Jay and Bobbi Larrabee, Tully, N.Y., John and Becky Larrabee, Mansfield, Tex., Kevin and Tracie Babcock, Endicott, N.Y., Daniel and Lisa Babcock, Endicott, N.Y., and Brian and Cindy Babcock, Norfolk, Va.; sister, Terry and David Stoops, Houston, Tex.; in-laws, Dawn and Richard Davey, Endicott, N.Y.; nieces and nephews, Ginny, Susie, John Stoops, Bryan and Jenn, Jason, Caitlin, Sarah Larrabee, Matthew, Brian, Molly, Michael, Danielle, Chelsea, Brittany and Sierra Babcock.
Memorial service: 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 26, 2007, at Eden Road Community Church, 7000 Matlock Rd., Arlington, Tex. Arrangements under the direction of Moore Funeral Home, 4216 S. Bowen Road, Arlington, Tex.
