Winter Park, FL - Diane M. Phillips, 73 Winter Park, FL, formerly of Binghamton, NY, passed away on Wed, April 28, 2021 surrounded by her loving husband, Michael C. Phillips USN (Ret), and precious daughter, Michelle Cornell, loving family members and professional care providers. Diane graduated from Catholic Central Diane HS in 1965 and began her 40 plus year career with Singer Link in Binghamton, NY.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 526 N Park Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789

Mike and family,
You may not remember me. I worked with you both in the early 90's. I was located near Diane, and we would chat daily. She was such a nice person, and I remember you both fondly. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you at this sad time.
