Donald (grandpa)was always excited to hear stories of me and my dad (david) going out fishing or hunting. he had an amazing passion for baseball, he was always thrilled to hear about me playing baseball. he was also very proud of my brother when he graduated high school... unfortunately he will not be able to see my graduation pictures, but he will still be very proud. the memories of him will live on forever. i wish the three generations of nanius men got to spend more time together. he was always sad to see us leave to go home. we love you always and forever. And thank you to every one who helped him out

I knew Donnie since the first grade. He always set a good example for everyone. Polite, caring, I am sure his passing is a great loss to his family and friends.

I could always tell by the look on your face after a fishing trip with David who caught the big one. You would show me with your hands how big your fish was compared to David's. Not sure how many were fish stories but Bill and I enjoyed hearing them. We are truely going to miss you Don. You were a great friend. You will always be in our hearts and in our prayers.
