To the Underwood Family:

I first met Frank when Hughes Training purchased CAE/Link. I came in from Texas, and he made me feel like one of the family. When I heard that he passed, it brought back fond memories of all the trials and tribulations of putting the companies together. A truly great and generous man - the world is a poorer place without him.

My sincere sympathy for your loss.

I can't begin to say how much my dad had meant to us all. He was the "rock" of our family that held us all together. He was always there when we needed him. I will forever cherish all the memories and stories that he had told us. He was a kind, loving , giving father. He had such a great sense of humor and lived his life the way that he wanted. He was always busy helping out everyone else and never expected anything in return.
Thank You for being such a great father. You taught me so much. I love you dad and will miss you so much.

I worked with Frank long distance from Houston for many years. He was a great person, always willing to help and a valued mentor. When I would travel to Binghamton we would occassionally go out to dinner. Frank would always make a point of showing off places of intresest in his town. My thought and prayers are with you and may your faith guide you through these times.
