I wish to pass on my deepest sympathies to Jay's family. Jay and I worked together on the B-2 program at Link. Jay was the only one who beat me at the sheer volume of data and yellow post it notes in his cubicle. I have a lot of fond memories of chatting with Jay. He had family pictures on the walls of his cubicle and loved to talk about Ethel and his children and grandchildren. Jay was a genuinely nice person and I really missed him when I transferred to Raytheon in St Petersburg.

Mark, you and your family have our deepest sympathies. Though we only knew your Dad from your talk of him, he was surely a wonderful man. His kind heart and devotion to family lives on in you. We are thinking of you. - Robert and Maggie Barnes

I knew Jay from his brother Ramon Webster. Both of them were good men. Ramon was very proud of the accomplishments of his older brother. Jay had a long and distinguished engineering career at Singer-Link and also teaching technical courses at BOCES.
