We knew little that morning that God was going to call your name;
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same;
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone;
For part of us went with you the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories;
Your love is still our guide;
And though we cannot see you;
You will be forever at our side.
Flowers can be sent to his family at 3517 Mary St., Endwell c/o Rebecca Smith or donations can be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454 , Alexandria, Virginia, 22312, where a memoriam has been set up in his name.

My grandpa was an amazing man. He was always so happy to give out what he had to anyone who needed it. I loved him very much.

This was my dear sweet father. I miss him very much. I do not think we can express how much we loved him. I do not think he realized what a great man he was. He did so many good deeds and acts of unselfish service and did not think it was anything at all. What a happy suprise when God shows him all those acts of kindness he had forgotten about as well as all the people who's lives have been changed because he took the time to help them, encourage them, and make them laugh.

This says so much about my brother - he was a VERY giving human being and a VERY loving brother. He will be greatly missed.

To John's family,
I was saddened to learn that John had passed away. He was our mail carrier for many years in Binghamton, NY. His smile and caring ways will always be remembered. My late mother, who had operated a business on John's mail route, enjoyed chatting with him on his daily mail stop at the store, and she kept in touch with him after he moved from Binghamton. She would remember him on his July 4 birthday. We missed him very much, and I will always remember him fondly. My sincere condolences to all of you.
