Major Dermody Obituary
USMC (Ret.)
Major John Dermody, USMC (Ret.), died Friday, April 6, 2007, at home surrounded by his family.
A Requiem Mass of the traditional Latin Rite will be offered Tuesday, 11 a.m., from St. Athanasius Roman Catholic Church, 406 Shady Drive, Endwell. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, Monday evening from 7-9 p.m., with the recitation of the Rosary. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in John's memory may be made to St. Athanasius Roman Catholic Church, 406 Shady Drive, Endwell, N.Y. 13760. Semper Fi!
