Dear Berg, Cavanaugh, and Segrue families,
My sincere condolences in your loss of a lovely lady.. Mrs. Berg was all smiles when I was introduced to her at City Hall.
I knew she lived around the corner from me, and I was so happy to finally meet Bill and Judy's mother.
Mrs. Berg had many mutual friends from Link, and the East Side. Mrs. Berg will always be remembered by her kindness to others.

Dear Bill, Sue, Ed, Jerry and all,
Marge certainly did not look her age. She was as charming as ever. I considered it a privilege to visit her representing St. Paul's Parish and as a friend. She was so entertaining. Now she is receiving her reward which she so deserved as she joins her husband, daughter and sister-in-law Sister Veronica Berg, Congregation of the Daughters of Charity. May they all rest together in peace and happiness. Be assured of my prayers for the family. Wish I could be there but as you know I am retired living in Albany.

My deepest sympathy in your loss. What a touching and beautiful obituary to honor your mom. She was a real fighter and just didn't want to leave her family that she loved so much. I'm sorry I can't be there this week to pay my respects in person but please know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers. May she rest in peace.

Marge was the classiest Lady. I worked with her 37 years ago at Singer Link and most days ate lunch with her. She was a delight to be around and was loved by her coworkers. What a wonderful legacy she leaves behind. Life well lived Marge.

To all the Bergs and Cavanaughs-
The burden of dementia has been lifted from your beloved Marge. Kudos to everyone for your constant vigil while she dealt with this horrific disease. Remember her in the good times. The tough times have now passed and you can all move on. RIP Mom and Gandma Berg.
