Richard Tiffany Obituary
of Tunkhannock, Pa.Richard R. Tiffany, 91, of Tunkhannock, Pa., died Saturday, January 7, 2006, at Tyler Memorial Hospital, Tunkhannock, Pa. Born November 1, 1914 in Brooklyn, Susquehanna County, Pa., he was the son of the late Ralph R. and Amy Pearl [Pratt] Tiffany. He was married to Clema [Merritt] Tiffany for 59 years. A graduate of Brooklyn High School in 1933, he was employed by Link Aviation for more than 25 years. In addition to his survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Joe Kunisch , Pittsford, N.Y.; two stepgrandchildren and five step great-grandchildren; a brother, Raymond Tiffany , Brooklyn, Pa.; and nieces and nephews. Two sisters, Althea Mae Tiffany and Agnes Keller predeceased him.
Services will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Bartron-Myer Funeral Home, Inc., a Selected Independent Funeral Home, 74 Church Street, Montrose, Pa. The family will receive friends from one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home. The family suggests, that if desired, memorial contributions may be made to Tyler Health Foundation, 880 SR 6W, Tunkhannock, Pa. 18657.
