Mary Wildenhain Obituary

WILDENHAIN, MARY C. 91, of Green Hill, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank L. Wildenhain. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late John H., Sr. and Rachel M. (Hall) Conroy. She was a graduate of Central Falls High School. Mrs. Wildenhain lived a full life and her family and friends were her greatest joy. Those who knew her were entertained by her quick wit. For many years, she was an Office Manager for the Local 76 Union. She was also a long time member of the Green Hill Beach Club and the Westerly Yacht Club. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Dale P. Wildenhain of East Greenwich; two cherished grandsons, Patrick L. and David P. Norton, both of East Greenwich and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late James Conroy, John Conroy, Joseph Conroy, Francis Conroy, Elizabeth McDonald, Margaret Graham, Catherine Conroy, Stephen Conroy and Gertrude Reilly. The funeral will be 8:45 am Friday, June 17 from the Avery-Storti Funeral, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. James Chapel, 2079 Matunuck Schoolhouse Road, Charlestown. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. James Food Pantry / RICAN, PO Box 476, Charlestown, RI 02813. For guest book and condolences, averystortifuneralhome.com.
