Jacqueline Kidd Obituary
Jacqueline Kidd passed away on April 13th, 2021 after a sudden illness. She was born on December 20th, 1952 in the Bronx, New York to Benjamin and Matilda Simons. She is the beloved wife of Richard (Dick) Kidd. In addition to her husband, Dick, she is survived by her son, Dr. Jason Kidd and wife, Sarah, of Richmond, Va; her daughter Jamie Parissi and husband, Michael, of Framingham, Ma; her sister, Deborah Yoburn and husband David, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, whom she considered family.
Her family was the center of her life and she reveled in her time as "Bubbe" to her three grandchildren, Benjamin, Noa and Ryan.
She moved to New Hampshire after marrying Dick in 1975 and worked many jobs but most fondly as a teacher's aide at Lincoln Akerman School where she taught hundreds of children and made lifelong friends. On Sundays in the summer, she could be found close to the flagpole at North Hampton State Beach.
A private graveside service will be held with family. The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and physicians at Portsmouth Regional Hospital for their care.

Jackie will be sorely missed as part of our extended family. We especially loved seeing Jackie at her home on Thanksgiving, at our home on Memorial Day weekend and my daughter's home on Christmas.
I know my wife will especially miss Jackie as they had become the very best of friends.

Jackie was a wonderful person during her life. She always had a smile on her face and greeted everybody with enthusiasum. She was always proud of her family and her love for them showed. The last time that I talked to her she was gushing about her grandchildren and so happy. It was always a pleasure to see her.

I am thankful that I met her. I will always remember the way she welcomed me into the family as Dicks older sister. She was so easy to talk to and we found many things we had in common. It was clear that her grandchildren were a joy to her. Wish we all had had more time with her.

Dear Dick, Jason and Jamie,
I am so sorry to hear of Jackie's passing. She was a wonderful person to be around when we were both teaching at Lincoln Ackerman School. We would talk everyday and it was always about our families and sports. She was so proud of her kids for all of their academic and athletic accomplishments. I have such fond memories of all of you! Jacki was an energetic, hard working, person with a great sense of humor. She was always on the go at LAS helping children and teachers. She loved her job as a paraprofessional. Her greatest loves were her family, especially her husband and children. Her family are in our thoughts and prayers!
