Thomas Donovan Obituary

Thomas "Tommy" Donovan, 26, of Scituate, passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 4, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was the loving son of Lisa (Cavanaugh) and Stephen Donovan. He leaves behind his brother, Daniel, sisters Kelly and Lindsay and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Born in Weymouth, Tommy grew up in Scituate and graduated from Scituate High School. He was pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Tommy was athletic, artistic and an overall loving and caring person. His favorite hobbies included playing baseball, golfing, drawing and spending time with his friends and family. He will always be remembered for being gentle and kind. Visiting hours will be held Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd., Scituate. Funeral Mass on Monday, June 10, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate. Interment St. Marys Cemetery.
