Patricia Helwick Obituary

Patricia was born in Yonkers, NY to Edward and Nellie Helwick. She attended Vassar College (1954) BA and Yale Drama School (1965) MFA. She married Lt Arthur Ackerman in 1954 and has two sons, William (1955) and Jonathan (1956) Ackerman. She was a Professional Actress, Licensed Antique Dealer in Maryland and a Lover of Dogs. Her love in Life was the Theatre and the Arts. She lived for many years in NYC before moving to the Eastern Shore. Her final days in Easton were peaceful and memorable. Her membership to Christ Church and her many friends were very important to her. She is survived and dearly loved by her 2 sons and her daughter-in-law, Leonor.

You were beautiful Pat. The kindest heart. Your love for animals, your love for people, and your love for me will always live in my heart. Your care and concern for me over the years helped me through a lot of rough water. And you made me laugh. I will always remember that.
