Frances McCaul Obituary

MCCAUL, Frances Lott In Loving Memory of Frances Lott McCaul, a devoted wife and loving mother to four sons. Frances McCaul went home to be with the Lord on August 20, 2018 at Westminster Manor in Austin, Texas. Born in Dallas, Texas on January 25, 1928 to Lawrence and Emogene Lott, she attended Holy Trinity Elementary School and Highland Park High School. She went on to attend the University of Texas where she pledged Kappa Kappa Gamma and met her husband Jim McCaul, a returning World War II veteran. Frances is survived by her four sons Jim, Scott, Chris and Michael. She was an inspiring, dedicated and loving mother and remained devoted to her husband Jim for decades after his death. While her death brings sadness to the family it also brings comfort that she has rejoined her husband Jim, the love of her life and her Lord Jesus Christ. Frances McCaul was a devout Catholic and invested her life savings into the education of her children. Her deep faith in God and spirituality touched all of those who were blessed to have known her throughout her life. She is one of the last of the greatest generation. Now she is finally at peace with the angels in heaven and her beloved Jim.

Sending my deepest sympathy along to all the McCaul family. Your sweet Mom was a very dear friend to my parents. I saw her quite often on visits to Dallas and was very fond of her. God bless.
