Jack Ozmun Obituary
Jack H. Ozmun, age 87, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2015 at the Hospicare Residence. Jack served in the Navy in WWII and excelled in many sports: softball, basketball, bowling, skiing and was an avid golfer. He was an animal lover—was never without cats and dogs in his home. His musical interest was jazz and he played trumpet in the Ithaca Concert band and the Charleston Concert Band. Jack was predeceased by his daughter, Debra Greenwood. He is survived by his wife Sharon; son, John (Connie); daughters, Patti (Doug Wolf), and Kristal, as well as grandson, Conor Greenwood and son-in-law, Arthur Greenwood. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Hospice for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the charity of your choice. Calling hours will be at Bangs Funeral Home on Thursday, December 10; from 4-6PM .There will be no service.
