We have wonderful memories of past times, from family reunions in Ottawa to visits in Toronto and Barrie. We especially remember the great meals you prepared when all the Halls landed on your doorstep in Nanaimo. You graciously didn't kick us out !
We miss you, your wit and deep wisdom.

Dear Dad,
We are truly blessed with the wisdom you passed onto our families; to follow our hearts, pursue our dreams and find our own truth. Thank you for marvelling with us, the remarkable beauty of this world. I miss our chats about life. You left the world with a legacy of love, hope and faith that positive changes can happen with knowledge, respect and kindness. You were a man of unwavering strength and perseverance. When others said it couldn't be done, you did it! Thank you for leaving us all with this hope that all things are possible. I am deeply proud of you, love you and miss you (poking fun at me and enjoying a good chuckle afterwards). I look forward to seeing you again in Heaven. I'll meet you on the "Bridge of Eternity".

We miss you Dad and Grandpa. You are in our hearts and minds. We are so grateful for your love and your shared wisdom. Thank you for making the world a better place for us and others through your work. And thank you for teaching us to appreciate the natural world and all it's beauty.
