I had the pleasure of working with Sara at Community Counseling Services. She taught me about what a selfless person is, she lived it everyday. I admired her and cherished our friendship. Much too young but God has a plan for her. Memory eternal

Its very rare that someone truly lives their faith, lives their love of God and their fellow man, and my Cousin Sarah was certainly that. She will be missed by her family, and I'm sure by all of those she helped during her liftetime. Rest in peace with those who have gone before you dear cousin.

Dear Mr.Landis and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Though I never met Sara, My father David Goodman told me a lovely story about her. It was just after the flood and Monroe had moved to their new office. One day a car full of Sisters pulled up and one the them was Sarah. Dad said there wasn't a dry eye in the office especially when you were able to take her home for the night. I also suspect that she was the person who went home from the Y with my coat and I had hers. The strangest part was that you and Dad mentioned that your daughters came home with the wrong coat and the exchange was easily made. It appears that Sarah had an amazing life and she will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Mr. Landis and family,
I'm so sorry to hear of your daughter's passing. Although I never met her, my father David Goodman told me a wonderful story about her...After the flood and you had located to the new Monroe office, a car full of sisters pulled up and one of them was Sarah. You were able to have her stay over that night at your house. I know my dad and everyone in the office were so touched. I also wonder if she is the person who went home with my coat from the Y and you and my dad discovered the switch at work on the following Monday when you each mentioned that your daughter came home with the wrong coat? I always felt the people at Monroe were a family and I will keep you in my prayers.
