Sheila C. Gaidos

Sheila C. "Che Che" Gaidos, 64, of Monongahela, died Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009, in UPMC, Pittsburgh. She was born Aug. 7, 1944, in North Charleroi, a daughter of the late John J. Lenhart Sr. and Virtue Davidson Lenhart, who survives and resides in Fallowfield Township. Che Che was a graduate of Charleroi High School, Class of 1962, and was Catholic by faith. She enjoyed dancing and listening to the "oldies." In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James Gaidos, with whom she celebrated 42 years of marriage on July 24, 2009; son, James J. Gaidos, and daughter, Charlene Gaidos, both at home; three grandchildren, Ryan, Austin and Ava Gaidos; sister, Delores and husband, George Cook, of Alabama; brother, John J. and wife, Evona Lenhart, of Fallowfield Township. Friends will be received on Tuesday 7 to 9 and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W. Main Street, Monongahela, where a blessing service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 6, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. George Chortos officiating. Committal services and interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
