Arlene Klimesh

Arlene was born on October 25, 1921 and passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019. Arlene attended country school and St. Wenceslaus Catholic School. After Stanley returned from his tour of duty in the Navy during World War II, they lived in Calmar for a short period of time and then moved to Ft. Atkinson to operate a tavern. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 5, 2019 at St. John's Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson, IA with Rev. Aaron Junge officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the Schluter - Balik Funeral Home, Chekal Chapel in Fort Atkinson, Iowa and also after 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Fort Atkinson, Iowa or the Fort Atkinson Public Library.
