Bernard was born on January 16, 1937 and passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017. Bernard was a resident of Lowville, New York at the time of his passing. He graduated from Lowville Academy in 1954. He was married to Jane. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday January 26 2017 at Iseneker Funeral Home Inc with Rev. David Herrmann Pastor of the Lowville United Methodist Church officiating. Calling hours will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday January 25 2017 at the funeral home. Spring burial will be in the West Lowville Rural Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Lowville United Methodist Church 7618 N. State Street Lowville NY 13367; Friends of Lewis County Hospice PO Box 266 Lowville NY 13367; or a charity of oneâs choice.
