Christine C. Barsdale

Barsdale, Christine C. Of Jackson passed away at Allegiance Health Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the age of 56. Christine was the daughter of Richard and Alisa (Goshorn) Carnahan, born April 8, 1958 in Dimondale, Michigan. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Donald Barsdale; sister, Doris Bailey; sister-in-law, Barbara DeLaplane; many other extended family members. Christine was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, and one nephew. Mrs. Barsdale was a Holt High School graduate. She retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. Christine enjoyed spending quality time with her husband most of the time being outdoors, traveling, visiting casinos, gardening and general cleaning. She was dearly loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at the Watson Funeral Chapel Friday, November 21, at 11:00 A.M.; Michael D. Mason officiating; interment Chapel Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association Gift Processing Center, P.O Box 6051, Albert LEA, Minnesota, 56007. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all of Christine's many friends who were there for her in her time of need. The family will receive friends at the chapel Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. and Friday 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M.
