Louis was born on July 31, 1928 and passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019. Louis was a resident of Stewartsville, New Jersey at the time of passing. He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. A Funeral Service for Louis will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 11am at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Philip and St. James Catholic Cemetery in Greenwich Township, NJ.

Lou, you were a kind, funny, gentle man! I enjoyed playing horseshoes with you. Thank you for mentoring me in the game! Thank you for serving our country!! You will surely be missed!! :(

I did not know you personally, however I would very much like to "Thank You" for your dedicated and honorable Military Service to OUR country.
At a later date we will meet in that "SPECIAL PLACE" which GOD reserves for ALL of those who have stepped forward to serve their country in a Military Uniform.
