Russell M. Schwaeble, 60, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013 at home. Born in Trenton, Mr. Schwaeble resided in Browns Mills for 30 years before moving to Whiting one year ago. Russell was a certified personal trainer. He was previously employed by RWJ Health and Wellness Center in Hamilton. Russell is also a New Jersey licensed realtor. Son of the late John J. and Lauretta M. Schwaeble; he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Tamara Schwaeble; his daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Chris Gardner; his four grandchildren, Samarah and LaLayla Schwaeble and Sierra and Devin Gardner; his brother, Ronald J. Schwaeble; his sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Bruce Brodbeck; and many nieces and nephews. Russell was a flag football player for Jo-Jo's Tavern and a baseball shortstop for DeLaval/Trans-America. He also enjoyed basketball, volleyball, freeze ball, canoeing, camping, hiking, biking, badminton, beaches, traveling, body building and exercising, kayaking, ping pong, darts, and card games with 500 Rummy being his favorite game played with his mom. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 12:30 pm at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690. Interment will follow at Princeton Memorial Park. Family and friends may gather on Saturday July 27, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
