Suddenly but peacefully on May 1, 2014, at 85 years of age, with Christa by his side. Beloved husband of Christa for over 56 years. Loving father of Gary (Lori), Ramona (Brian Ralph), Barbara (Robert Catherine), and Glenn (Wendy). Cherished "Opa" to Cody and Jena Froese; Karl, Luke and Sara Ralph; Tabitha and Nicholas Catherine; and Chris, Jessica, Samantha and Casey Froese. Gunter had a great appreciation for life and especially enjoyed the times he could gather and party with his family and friends. Ein Prosit! Visitation will be held at the
