Carl Williams Obituary

Brother Carl L. Williams began his life on June 16, 1949 in Dania, Florida. He was the second child born to Bennie Mae Blunt and Eddie Williams. He attended schools in Marion County Florida. Carl worked on several horse farms in Florida. Carl was preceded in death by his parents Eddie Williams and Bennie Mae Blunt his step-father Phillip Blunt, Jr., son: Sheyell Latron Moore; brothers: Eddie Williams, Roy Lee Brown, and Levi Williams; sister: Willie Mae McCloud and nieces: Frances Hooker and Deborah Surrency. On Sunday, June 1, 2025, the death angel stopped by Shands Teaching Hospital in Gainesville, FL, to remove him from this earthly dwelling to eternal life. Those who loved and will cherish Carl's memories are his Children: Tory M. Williams, Shakita Williams and others; One Sister: - Connie Williams (Ralph McNeal), Flemington, FL; Four Brothers: Curtis (Bernadine) Williams, Arnold (Teresa) Gasken, Gregory McClenton, all of Flemington, FL, and Mitchell (Gena) McClenton, Williston, FL; Uncle - Ogean Blunt, Flemington, FL; three Aunts: - Hilda Ivery, Flemington, FL, Ernestine Blunt, Reddick, FL and Mae Helen Patterson, Ocala, FL; he leaves many Grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends. Special thanks to the staff at The Plaza Health Care Center in Gainesville, Florida.
