Farley, Alvin C. Jr.



Alvin C. Farley Jr., age 79, born in Roy, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015.

Mr. Farley is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years, Louisa; children, Liz Robles and husband, Alex, Pat Farley Gonzales and Larry Johnston, Joseph Farley and wife, Alice, Geraldine Farley, and Stephanie Farley; eight grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Mr. Farley was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during the Korean Conflict.

Visitation will be Friday, September 25, 2015 at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, 2105 N. Plaza NW from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. A Committal Service is scheduled for the Santa Fe National Cemetery, Monday, September 28, 2015 at 12:45 p.m..

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church Building Fund.
