Kenneth L. McWethy



We regret to

announce the

passing of Kenneth L. McWethy of Albuquerque, New Mexico, on

November 30,

2022. Ken was a people person

who loved to laugh and make others laugh. His sense of humor was a central part of his personality. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Ken had a long career in law enforcement, starting his career as a patrolman with The Albuquerque Police Department. Retiring from the Secret Service as Special Agent in Charge. Later, working as Undersheriff for the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, as well as providing his expertise for other federal agencies. Kenneth was predeceased by his son, Shawn McWethy, and his parents Kenneth and Lillian

McWethy. He is survived by his wife, Helen, and their sons,

Matthew, Patrick, and Joseph, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-

grandchildren. To view more

Ken had some of the greatest usss stories and a wonderful sense of humor A great friend and a great man

Ken was a special friend for many years, he and Toby Chandler were friends in the U. S. Secret Service, after retirement they were Hunting buddies
For many years, Toby died on May 25 2022 Ken will be dearly missed, condolences to Helen and family.
