To the Scarborough family,
I would like to express my deepest
sympathy to all of you. I knew your parents since they came to Alaska. Jimmy and I worked closely together at Elmendorf Hospital until his retirement. I hired him to preserve all of my big game trophies with his high quality work. I am saddened at the departure of a good friend. May you all have peace.

In deepest sympathy I am sorry to hear of the loss of Jimmy. I had the pleasure and honor of being stationed with Jimmy at Elmendorf. It was my pleasure to have known him, worked with him and experienced his humor. I know nothing can soften the loss you have experienced but know that Jimmy was an honorable man that was well liked and thought of.

Our deepest sympathy to your family. We were fortunate to have known Jimmy and Gail during their years in Alaska and remember them as such a fun-loving and happy couple and admired them both. We are saddened to learn of Jimmy's passing but know that he was welcomed into loving arms and that the reunion in heaven was just a continuation of their life on earth. I recall how much pride Jimmy had for his family and how he could somehow put a humorous twist on some of his childrens' "misadventures". It was fun just listening to him talk with that southern drawl.
May you each find comfort in your own special memories and in the love that surrounds you from family and friends.
