Amanda Garcia Obituary
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jose G. Garcia, Belia Nelda Gonzalez; and step-grandfather, Ramiro P. Gonzalez Jr.
Amanda is survived by her two daughters, Alexis Danielle Gonzalez and Elly Renee Garcia both of Alice; two sons, Alex Rey Rodriguez and Eduardo Rey Rodriguez both of Corpus Christi; parents, Juan Alberto Garcia and Patricia Villarreal both of Alice; siblings, Juan Alberto Garcia Jr., David Lee Chapa, Elizabeth Leanne Gutierrez, and Magalee Garcia all of Alice; three nephews, Omar Alamaraz, Andres Almaraz, and Mateo Gutierrez all of Alice; step-mother, Esmeralda Garcia; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 5 till 9 p.m. at Rosas Funeral Home Chapel with a rosary being recited at 7 p.m. that evening. A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Roberson Collins Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearer will be her daughter, Alexis Danielle Gonzalez. Pallbearers will be Elizabeth Gutierrez, Johnny Garcia, David Lee Chapa, Joe Hinojosa, Jose Gutierrez, Jerry Lee Chapa, Valerie Garcia, and Joe Mando Sanchez.
