Christopher Pesce Obituary
AGE: 25 • Holmdel
Christopher L. Pesce, age 25, of Holmdel, passed away suddenly on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013. Christopher was a life-long resident of Holmdel; a graduate of Holmdel High School, where he played football for four years. Christopher attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in economics. He was a very creative and gentle soul. Christopher had a passion for creating his own music and was a natural entertainer. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed cheering on the Miami Dolphins with his father. Christopher loved spending time with his family, especially his two young nephews. Christopher was a member of St. Catharine's Roman Catholic Church in Holmdel.
Christopher is survived by his loving parents, Laurence and MaryBeth Pesce; sister, Melissa and husband James Rescigno of Marlboro; sisters, Lauren and Michelle Pesce of Holmdel; grandmother, Janet Brescia of Parlin; grandparents, Larry and Gloria Maloney of West Windsor and his two nephews, Nicholas and Luca Rescigno. He also leaves behind many adoring aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18th from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad Street in Red Bank. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 19th, 9:15 AM at St. Catharine's Church, 108 Middletown Road in Holmdel.

I was so shocked to hear of this great loss. I taught Chris in middle school, and my son is friends with his sister Michelle.. I sat at my desk and cried today. I remember his beautiful smile and eyes, just like in this picture. He was a sweet young boy, always pleasant, always smiling. What a tremendous loss..God Bless you Chris... May you rest in peace.. Blessings dear Christopher. You will be greatly missed yet honorably remembered. Each life creates a tremendous impact on others whether they survive days, hours, weeks, months or years.
