Fran was my neighbor when we both lived on Rubin Street many years ago. She was the best neighbor I ever had. When she moved I missed her so very much.

We met Fran when we bought her house and saw her at different times since then. Fran you were always so pleasant and it was always nice to see you. May God take you under his wing and bless you. Rest in Peace. You will always be remembered fondly.
