AGE: 66 • Red Bank
John Edward Fields, Sr., 66, of Red Bank, NJ, passed in peace on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Riverview Medical Center. He was a resident of Red Bank, NJ since his birth in 1947. He was predeceased by his father, James J. Fields and his brother, Elwood "Butch" Fields. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Fields, his mother, Lorraine Fields; his children, John E. Fields, Jr., Joey N. Fields, and Jaime G. Summey; his brothers, James Albert Fields, Emory Fields and Pasa Fields and his wife Jodi; his sister, Kim Fields; 6 grandchildren, one god daughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family of Mr. Fields will receive friends from 10:00A.M. until 11:00am on Friday at Childs Funeral Home, 364 Shrewsbury Ave. Red Bank, NJ. Services will be private. The interment will be held at Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls, NJ.
