Larry Cuttler, age 79, of Monroe, passed away Sunday evening, surrounded by his family, at Princeton Medical Center. He was born on February 9, 1936, in Brooklyn, NY, to Banish and Annie Cuttler. Larry began his career as a produce man, selling strawberries to bakeries across New York City in his teens. Throughout his career he managed produce operations for Mayfair Foodtown and later opened his own chain of produce markets across New Jersey. His entrepreneurial spirit and extensive knowledge of the produce business laid the foundation for his two sons, Kenneth and Stuart, to found their own wholesale produce company 25 years ago. Up until last month, you could call the office and speak with the man who started it all. Larry was a founding member of the Reform Temple of East Brunswick and Men's Club President. He will long be remembered for his incredible work ethic, his generous and giving heart, and love of his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Matty, who he first met at age 16; children Stuart Cuttler and wife Diane, Francine Reiner and husband Jeffrey, & Kenneth Cuttler and wife Carol; grandchildren Danielle Lyons, Michelle Garfinkle and Ryan, Michael, and Dylan Cuttler; one great grandchild Gracie Lyons, and his sister Rosalyn Resnick.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 19th, at MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, (www.msmc.us), East Brunswick. Interment followed at Mount Sinai Cemetery, Morganville. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association at www.heart.org
