Bob Licht of Navesink passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015 at his home in Navesink. Born in Newark, NJ, Bob was a resident of Middletown Township for over 70 years. He was a printing pressman for The Newark Evening News, The Home News and The Wall Street Journal. He was a member of Graphic Communications Union Local #8 where he served as Trustee, Treasurer, Executive Board Member, Chapel Chairman and Vice President. Over the years, he was also a farmer, mechanic, carpenter and general handyman. He treated life as a bucket list, and there was always something he wanted to do.

Bob is predeceased by his father, John H. Licht, mother, Lucille Strenning Licht and brother John Licht. He is survived by his best friend and wife of 39 years, Carol Licht; his children Robert Licht, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA, Cheryl Sanchez Morales of Leesburg. FL, Vincent Cirrincione and Michael Cirrincione, both of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren Nichole, Michael and Melissa Cirrincione and Jonathan Shourds. He is also survived by his dear close friends of over 65 years Elizabeth J. Kelly and Ann Cook.

His was often heard to say "God made the banks of the Navesink River and the rest of the world with the leftovers" and "God doesn't always give you what you want, but he always gives you what you need".

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 6-9 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from 11 am - 12pm at the funeral home.
