THOMAS J. ZALESKI
AGE: 52 SAYLORSBURG, PA
Thomas J. Zaleski, 52, of Saylorsburg, PA passed away on the evening of December 1st as the result of a car accident in Ross Twp. Thomas was born in Edison, NJ on October 22, 1958 and the son of Stanley and Florence (Pilutkiewicz) Zaleski of Saylorsburg. Thomas was a talented mechanic and entrepreneur who owned two auto repair shops during his life. When he was 18,he opened Edison Motors in Edison, NJ. He ran the business successfully for nearly twenty years until re-locating to Saylorsburg, where he opened Advantage Automotive. Most recently he worked for Ertle Subaru in Stroudsburg as an auto technician. Thomas divided his time between his two loves: family and cars. When he wasn't spending time with his family, he could be found working on, racing or restoring cars. He was a genius when it came to auto mechanics and was a muscle car fanatic. He was a member of the National Hot Rod Association.
He will be deeply missed by his loving children:Thomas Zaleski of Harpswell, Maine and Tarra Zaleski and her fiancÈe Conrad Getz of Brodheadsville; his parents: Stanley and Florence Zaleski of Saylorsburg; his sisters Judy Zaleski Donohue and her husband John of Edison, NJ; JoAnn Doerbecker and her husband Christopher of Saylorsburg, and 2 nieces: Makayla and Meaghan Doerbecker.
A memorial service will be held at 8 pmTuesday,December 7that the Donald N. Gower Funeral Home, Inc.,Route 209, Gilbert.Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home beginning at 6 pm. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. www.gowerfuneralhome.com

Tommy was a wonderful Son, Father and Brother. He was also a good friend and will be missed by all.
He is with the Lord now and in a far better place.
