Yovanni Banos-Merino Obituary
Asbury Park - Yovanni Daniel Banos-Merino, 10, of Asbury Park, passed away tragically Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Yovanni was a student at Bradley Elementary School in Asbury Park, where he will be missed dearly. He enjoyed playing football, soccer and riding his skateboard with friends. Surviving are his loving parents Roque Banos Rojas and Lilia Merino Hernandez; beloved siblings Vanessa, Joaquin, Berenise Banos-Merino, Meliza Cruz, Reynaodo Aparicio, Sofia and Timothy Zuniga; aunts Juana Banos,Sandra Olivera, Minga Banos, Ceasar Banos, Eligio Merino; uncles Pedro, Julio, Candido, Eduardo Rojas; God parents Carmen Devalle and Alfonso Ramirez; and dear friends Daniel Santiago and William Garcia. Visitation will be held Wed. Feb. 28,2018 from 12pm-8pm at Holy Spirit Church, 705 2nd Ave, Asbury Park. A 10am mass will be held Thurs. March 1, 2018, at Holy Spirit Church. Interment is private. Francioni, Taylor & Lopez Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.

RIP Yovanni I will always remember you, I've watched you grow from Pre-K to 10 years old, your warm and friendly smile will truly be missed here at Bradley Elementary I will always remember the way you smiled when you spoke to me calling me Mrs. Brown-Suit spread your wings and fly angel we loved you here on Earth but God loved you more. My deepest condolences to the entire Banos-Merino family, God is with you during this most troubled time, I hope you all find comfort in knowing that weeping may endure for the night but joy does come in the morning.
