SUE TURNER EDMONDS Sue Turner Edmonds passed away from this world on November 27, 2024 to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sue was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to countless others. She was born on June 29, 1937 to Dick and Doris Turner in Nacogdoches, Texas. She attended Nacogdoches Public Schools and graduated a member of the class of 1955, where she a cheerleader, class favorite multiple years, Miss NHS and a member of the Student Council. Sue made a difference in my life! I am a member of Nacogdoches Newcomers and Friends and we help with bingo at The Arbor Assisted Living! She always had a smile on her face and was so beautiful. I was devastated today when we went to play bingo and I asked about Sue and was told she had passed away. I know she had suffered and was in declining health. She is definitely in Heaven and rejoicing and suffering no longer. To her family, my thought and prayers are with you. God Bless! Love, Rose Guilbeau

I met sweet Mrs. Sue at the Arbor when my mother lived there too. I loved seeing her and her sister (and my teacher), Mrs. Barbin, when Mrs. Barbin came to visit her. Mrs. Sue had a very special way of encouraging me as I took care of my mother. To say that she touched my life at a very difficult time is an understatement. To Karen, her daughter, and to my friend Becky, her niece, I send my deepest sympathy. May we all shine like sweet Mrs. Sue.
