Family-Placed Death Notice

DIXON, Christopher Christopher McLean Dixon, age 26 of Roswell died January 1, 2012. He was a graduate of North Springs high School and had attended Georgia Tech. He was the owner of C M D Enterprises for four years. He was currently employed by Killer Creek Harley Davidson in Alpharetta. He had a passion for cars and computers. He was preceded in death by his father, E.C. Dixon, Jr.; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Paul McLean; half-brother, Jeremy Morgan Dixon. He is survived by his fiancé Katie Loudermilk of Roswell; mother and step-father, Carolyn and Jim Harrison of Alpharetta; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Canine Companions, Atlanta Humane Society or the charity of your choice. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Private graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Anderson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Albermarle, NC. The Dixon family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from 6-8pm at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors, Roswell, 770-645-1414. www.northsidechapel.com

My greatest condolences to Chris' family and Katie. I will pray and think about this for some time. I cannot think of any other words to fill this void.

I didn't know Chris personally, but his hard work we all knew intimately. Truley smart and very tallented, we all owe so much to his efforts.

I am so sorry for your loss It was my pleasure to meet Chris at my daughters wedding last year. He was a handsome and nice young man. It is a horrible loss. My heart goes out to my niece Katie and everyone who suffers this loss especially his mother Carolyn. God bless you all.
