Family-Placed Death Notice
HARLOW, Franklin A Visitation Service for Mr. Franklin Harlow of Syracuse, New York will be held Saturday evening, February 23, 2013, 6:00 p.m. at Gus Thornhill's Chapel, 1315 Gus Thornhill, Jr. Drive. East Point, Georgia. Survivors are: six sons, Mr. Franklin "Butch" Harlow, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Harlow (Bettye), Mr. and Mrs. Philip Harlow (Ruby), Mr. and Mrs. Carmen Harlow (Joanne), Mr. and Mrs. Craig Harlow (Lucille), and Mr. and Mrs. Loren Harlow (Sandra); five daughters, Mrs. Priscilla Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Hightower II (Sandra), Ms. Pamela Harlow, Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Allen (Sirena) and Ms. Bridget Harlow; one brother, Mr. Charles "Chucky" Harlow (Iva); and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other family and friends.
