Daniel Kazmierczak Obituary
CATO - Daniel J. Kazmierczak, 72, of Cato, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018.
Born in Buffalo, the son of the late William and Bertha Kazmierczak, Dan was a veteran having retired after 29 years. He also worked for the Cicero Police Department. He was an avid animal lover rescuing many strays that ended up as pets and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Susan Gaines Kazmierczak; a son, Steven (Angela); brothers, Ronald, Michael (Laura), David (Barb), and William Jr. (Kathy); brother-in-law, Robert (Amy) Gaines; grandsons, Logan, Colin, and Teagan, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at the Keysor Dain Cullinan Funeral Home, Cato, with a service immediately following. Burial will be in Meridian Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Finger Lakes SPCA, 41 York St., Auburn, NY 13021.
