Cook AIKEN, S.C. - Mr. Derrick Martin, 29, of Hudson Road, entered into rest August 28, 2005 at his residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors include his parents, Willie James and Jacqueline Battle, Aiken; two daughters, Aunjanique Martin and Dakyrrah Lee, both of Pennsgrove, NJ; one son, Tejon Martin, Salem, NJ; four sisters, Michele Thomas, Pennsgrove, April Pierce, New Castle, DE, Sophia Alexander, Aiken and Farina Newirth, Manheim, Germany; two brothers, Frank (April) Layne, Jr., New Castle, NJ and Wondell Thomas, Woodbury, NJ; maternal grandparents, Charles and Evelyn Withers, both of Aiken and a host of other relatives.
