Naomi, Juanita, Esther, Roger and families,
Your cousins, Norma Parsons Thorn, Randall L. Parsons and Marie Parsons Ellis are deeply saddened by the loss of Harold. We remember happy family gatherings as we grew up in the Ohio Valley. A special time was the celebration of the 60th Wedding Anniversary of our parents, Harold's Uncle Donald and Aunt Orva. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss.
May the comfort of the Lord sustain you.

Rodger and Esther, I want to send you my deepest sympathies. The last time I talked to Harold was when Naomi was visiting and they were trying to figure out the DVD player to play a CD I had made of pictures of the Parsons, Coffmans and Perrys. They finally figured it out and got to see the CD.
My mom, Juanita, and my aunt, Naomi, will deeply miss their brother. He was a great and talented man. His carvings were very unique. I have very fond memories of Uncle Harold. I loved his sense of humor. He was from a beautiful family. I am sure he will be missed by a lot of people. May he rest in peace.
Love,
Carolyn Perry Bernosky

Uncle Harold lived a wonderful life. He left an everlasting imprint on my heart and the hearts of my family. He brought us much joy and a strong sense of family. My Mom, his sister Juanita and my aunt Naomi cherished the time spent with him as did I. I am so very thankful he knew the Lord and I look forward to seeing him again.
May his family and friends left behind have a sense of peace knowing he is in heaven.
My heartfelt sympathy to Esther and her family and to Rodger and his.

I am saddened to hear of the death of my "Uncle Harold", and I will continue to cherish the memories of him and my father (Dean A.Hupp, St.ALbans, WV) singing and playing their guitars together at Uncle Harold & Aunt Catherine's home in Portland, OH, when I was just a young girl. HE was a favorite uncle to his 2 nieces (Karen Hupp and KAthy Hupp, St.Albans, WV) and to his nephew (Dale Hupp, Tornado, WV) especially after the untimely death of our father in 1968. We have special memories of sharing "Patrol" of the grounds at the Lock and Dam in Uncle Harold's truck with his dog, "Pup". My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to Rodger & MAry, to Esther, and to the entire family. May he rest in Eternal Peace.

We wish we could be there for the funeral and to be a source of support - but please know that we hold you all closely in our hearts...and may your pain soothe and you be left with only pleasant memories that can never be taken from you - - and, in this way, our loved ones never really "leave us" for we can hold them closely in our hearts.
