Donald MOZEE Obituary

Went to be with the Lord on August 25, 2021 after a brief battle with COVID-19. He was 84. Don was the youngest of five children and was preceded in death by his parents, Ellsworth and Ruth Mozee, sisters Esther Mozee and Yvonne Williams, brother Gene Mozee and stepsons Mark and Bruce Holcomb. He is survived by his brother George Mozee, stepsons Howard Holcomb (Zene) and Donald Holcomb, daughters Julie Barton, Kimberly Dunham-Cronk (Steven), Leslie Mozee and son Christopher Mozee (Julie). Don was also blessed with 19 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren, most of whom he never had the opportunity to meet. Don was a transplant from Los Angeles and loved his adopted home in the Antelope Valley, moving to Lancaster in 1971 to work at Rally Chevrolet. He most recently lived in Torrance, Calif. He was a master mechanic and loved tinkering on cars. Don was a free spirit and marched to his own tune. A remembrance of Don's life is being planned by his family.
