Anna Barger Obituary
of Phoenix died peacefully in her sleep November 17, 2016. Born in Dayton, Ohio April 2, 1924. She graduated from Fairmont High School in Dayton in 1942 and later received her R.N. degree from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. She married Robert Welsh in 1947 and they had 2 daughters Sandra who lives in Phoenix and Marcia in Shreveport, LA. Later in life she married Tom Barger and moved to Largo, Florida where she stayed for 25 years working at the VA in Bay Pines till she retired. After Tom's death she moved to Phoenix to be with her daughter Sandy. She loved Phoenix and her sister Dora Dubs and grandson Scott Braun. She had many friends in Phoenix and loved living at Fellowship Square and her church and helping at the food bank for many years. Memorial services will be held at Fellowship Square 2002 W. Sunnyside Dr., Phx 85029 on Monday, Dec. 5th at 10:00 AM.

To the Barger Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
