Hoover, I can't believe that you've been gone for twenty years. Not a day goes by that I don't remember speaking with you, or your special laugh. I know that you are riding with Sonny, Dana, Big Mike Ducker and all the other brothers. Ride In Peace. Much love and respect always.

I only knew Hoover for a year or so, but as soon as I met him I knew he was a unique and loving man. I only wish I would have had more time to get to know him. He always had a smile on his face and a joke on the tip of his tongue. May your family and friends celebrate the adventurous life you led. May you have many new roads to travel.

My condoloences to all. I met Hoover once at Sonny Barger's shop I was treated with respect, the shop was closeing and he helped me out with a clutch cable.
