Edith Orr Obituary
Peoria - Celebrating the Life of Edith Lambert Orr. She was born on January 8th, 1921 in Bandy. Her parents were Fred Oliver and Della Mar Lambert. She was the 2nd of 9 children. She married Robert Orr in 1944. She was a Christian and her faith was very important to her. Her special friends were Cindy Turner and Lisa Morgan that were there for her till the end. Teen Challenge and Celestial Care Nursing was the organizations that were close to her heart. She was a witty, strong, Southern lady. The birth of her two children, Gene Barry and Sarah Beth were the most important events in her life. Her favorite hobbies included cooking delicious Southern food, reading the Bible, and singing gospel music. She had seven grandsons, one granddaughter, and two great grandchildren. Her legacy was one of love.
