James Dickson Obituary
James Harrison Dickson, 76, died peacefully at his home in Mesa, AZ with his loving family at his side. He is survived by his brother John, his five children, Lara, John, Frank, Becki, and Sara, and six grandchildren Andrew, Hollin, Stella, Lillian, Alicia, and Christopher. Born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, he moved to Arizona as a child and lived there most of his life. He proudly served his country in the US Navy for many years. He was a jeweler, an avid outdoorsman, and extraordinary storyteller. He was reunited with his wife Carlene, parents, sister, and many beloved family members and friends in Heaven on July 12, 2017. Visitation and service will be open to all friends. Visitation will be Thursday evening, July 27th from 6-8 pm: Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N. Macdonald, Mesa AZ 85201. Service will be held at 10:00 am, Friday July 28th, 2017 at Meldrum Mortuary. In Lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Sunshine Acres Childrens home.
